Ermenegildo Zegna

Ermenegildo Zegna, founded in 1910 in Trivero, Italy, is renowned for producing high-quality fabrics and luxury menswear. Originally a textile mill, the brand expanded into ready-to-wear suits and accessories while maintaining a strong commitment to sustainability, exemplified by the Oasi Zegna nature reserve and initiatives for fiber traceability. Zegna was the first luxury menswear brand to enter China in 1991 and went public on the NYSE in 2021. Headquartered in Turkey, Soktas provides shirting fabric to many of the world’s best-known fashion labels, as well as to made to measure and bespoke shirt makers. Albini

Founded in 1876 in Albino, Italy, Albini Group is a family-owned textile company renowned for producing high-quality shirting fabrics. Alumo

Established in 1918 by Carl Albrecht in Switzerland, ALUMO has evolved from a modest weaving mill with 48 looms into a premier producer of fine cotton shirting fabrics. The company underwent a pivotal change in 1941 when Robert Morgen joined, leading to the name Albrecht + Morgen, later abbreviated to ALUMO. Specializing in two-ply fabrics, ALUMO meticulously oversees the entire production process—from selecting extra-long staple cotton to weaving and finishing—ensuring unparalleled quality. Thomas Mason

Established in 1796 by Sir Thomas Mason in Lancashire, England, Thomas Mason became a leading manufacturer of high-quality cotton shirting fabrics. The brand gained prominence among London's West End tailors, serving the British aristocracy and expanding its reach globally. In 1936, Thomas Mason became the exclusive fabric supplier to Turnbull & Asser, the shirtmaker to the British royal family. During World War I, the company contributed to the war effort by developing specialized cotton fabrics for Royal Air Force pilots. In 1992, the Italian textile company Albini Group acquired Thomas Mason, integrating its rich heritage with modern innovation. Today, Thomas Mason continues to be synonymous with luxury shirting fabrics, blending traditional English elegance with contemporary Italian craftsmanship.
